construction services under service rax

friends is there any notification/ circular in respect of construction services exempting flats below rs.20 lacs from service tax...

regarding the service tax limit of Rs20,00,000/- is applicable for a builder, whose total construction cost or if the total value or total turover or total value of the properties consturcted by the builder is within 20lakhs in a year.

Respected U S Sharma ji, plse clear if a builder is constructing 50 flats and the value of some flats say 10 flats is Rs.20L & value of other flats say 40 flats is rs.30L, then is it so that 10 flats whose value is Rs.20L , exempts from service tax & remaining 40 flats are taxable....

Kindly give the notification no.& date, if available regarding this...

No exemption as the builder's total turnover is above 20L in a year
