Dear sir, pure labour service for construction of single residential unit is exempt. Suppose if a builder sub contracts the labour part to another person for the said purpose will that also quality for exemption? That is whether consideration charged by sub contracter to builder is also emempt?

It will not be exempt, as subcontractor provides different nature of service to main contractor.
