Dear friends,

Please let me know whether if any person provided service under construction of residential complex recently and if he is going to claim abatement also.

what is the tax liability by the service provider & service receiver (let me know if any)

If having carpet area upto 2000 sq. foot & amount charged less than 1 crore including value of land then 25% taxable otherwise 30% no reverse charge
