A & Associates is a Proprietorship Practicing Firm. It has empanelled in MEF and has done Bank Audit for FY 2018-19.
Now, he wants to add partners in his firm and now Firm name will be A B & Associates.
Please suggest if A & Associates may continue to get Bank Audits as per past experience or it will be treated as new firm.
How can a proprietorship firm and partnership firm be same?
PAN will prove its identity for MEF. So, unless they agree to change the contract to new firm, you will loose the assignment.
