I have a query regarding consolidation of a LLP . My query is as follows:-
1. Can we consol LLP in A private Limited Co.? ( Private limited Compnay owns 98 % Fixed Capital of LLP)
2.At the time of Investment Fix Capital of LLP Was Rs. 10,000 , and investor invest 90000 Rs. , so total fix capital have become rs. 100000. so in this case goodwill / Capital Reserve will be created or not ?
No need to do consolidation of LLP with private limited company as per companies act 2013.
Only Companies should be consolidated as per AS -21 read with AS 23 & AS 27.
Can you share the relevent wordings of the companies of Act for the same ?
