Consolidation of financial statements

dear all, our company is the holding company and we are having three subsidaries in the financial year 2014-15 and where as in 2013-14 our company has only one subsidaries. my question is how we need to present the financial data of both the companies in the financial statements. As we need to present the last year data in the financial statements. would it anyway effect the cash flow statements and comparision of financial statements concept. please suggest me how to present the financial statements in preparing consolidation of financial statements?
