Consolidation of accounts rule is applicable for Accounts as on 31/03/2014 or 31/03/2015?
I mean, if a Company has associate Company as on 31/03/2014, does it need to prepare consolidated accounts.

If you are asking from Companies Act 2013 perspective, as per the latest circular 8_2014, the same is applicable from 2014-15.

Hi,
As per Company act 2013, Its required to prepare consolidated financial statement, regarding this i have few doubts:
1. Is it required to consolidate partnership firm accounts also where holding company having more than 50% share?
2.Is there any standard format to prepare consolidation statement?
Pls suggest me.
