Hello Guys,
We have filling of one company which have two subsidiary companies and needed to file consolidated acounts.
we file AOC-4 standalone for holding company first there after when we were uploadind AOC-4 CFS it was showing errore as we have choosen wrong option in AOC-4 that company is not required to file consolidated accounts.
now what we should do to cure up with this filling related issue.... resubmission in section 131 is also not possible, please help.

File one more form GNL-1 with all the documents of consolidate financial statement

I have put query in this regard with MCA they replied via token to concern with Roc in this matter.
Lets See how Roc direct in the matter .
