Consolidated audit report
If CARO is applicable for the subsidiary company and not for the holding company, is CARO applicable for the Consolidated Auditor's Report??

CARO is applicable to companies based on criteria when consolidating you need to mention the replies to each clause companywise. So if CARO not applicable to holding company mention it and consolidate the CARO of the companies where applicable.
