Consignment sale will be considered as turnover

Tax queries 312 views 1 replies

We are consignment sales for a pharma company the company bills on GST invoice and further we bill on GST to the distributior

There is a price difference of the invoice value received and invoice value billed. The differential GST is reimbursed by the pharma company to us

Will the turnover difference will effect my income tax returns ?(consignment agent)

We are working on comission basis and the material is being delivered on credit and the total sale amount is being transffered to the pharma company direclty
