Dear Experts,
I am a member of a Listed Company, But the Company didn't send me the notice of AGM.Even my some friends who are also the members of that Company didn't get the notice of AGM.In the AGM, Company Reappointed some rotational Directors and also appointed the Auditor. So i want to know that what types of Remedy i can get from SEBI/NCLT.

YOU CAN ASK FOR THE MINUTES OF THE MEETING AND A CLARIFICATION AS TO WHY NO NOTICE WAS SENT TO YOU. GENERALLY, NOTICESARE SENT BEFORE 21 DAYS OF THE MEETING EITHER BY REGD. POST .
