Consequences of non receipt of ITR V by CPC Bangalore

1437 views 1 replies
As per new procedure (w.e.f. A.Y.2009-10), we need to send the ITR V to post box no 1 of CPC, Bangalore, which means neither courier nor Registered mail can be send.ONLY ordinary mail can be sent to a post box adress.

Everybody knows the efficiency of Dak Vibhag in india as far as ordinary dak is concerned.

What if we send the ITR V by ordinary mail and it get lost in transit?

Could anybody throw light on the same.Tks.

Agreed Kamal Jee,

I think this move will discourage the people mainly individuals who are efiling voluntarily. now most of them will file in hardcopy i think.

this will again hurt the Government's "KAAGAJ BACHAO YOJNA" paperless filing

Thanks
