My articleship is due for completion on 3rd april 2011. I have to take extention upto 30th sept 2011. What are the consequences if I fill the form after my exams i.e. after 16th may 2011?
You have to pay fine, if not sent within 30 days of completion.
Rs. 100 (after 30days till 60 days of completion)
Rs. 300 (after 60 days till 210 days of completion)
Rs. 1000 (if more than 210 days of completion)
For extension you have to fill form 107 once you get confirmation letter for 108.
