what are the consequences if goods are exported in FY 2022-23 without filing LUT for that year? No IGST was either charged or paid on such exports

Quick Summary
Exporting goods without a valid Letter of Undertaking (LUT) for the relevant financial year can lead to complications. If you've exported goods in FY 2022-23 without filing an LUT and without charging or paying IGST, you may need to file an LUT immediately and settle any outstanding taxes with interest. The process might involve rectifying shipping bills and potentially paying IGST to customs, who may then facilitate a refund.

File immediately lut and pay taxes with interest upto the period
How did the shipping bill get generated in that case ? Customs or CHA did not ask for LUT copy ?
First . open India custom server . icegate and add YOUR bank AD code details.
second send invoice with payment of igst.
costomer will send only without igst amount. and custom will be refund your gst amount.
