I have obtained name for my client promoting a new company, some queries:
1. Is it necessary to enclose Consent letter to act as a director along with form 32
2. what are the checklists? pls.confirm to me.

For public Company only consent letter is mandatory.
However it is advisable to enclose in case of pvt company also as ROC insist on the same.

Letter of consent to act as a Director is applicable only in case of Public Companies.
Yes, Ankur is right consent of director in case of public company is mandetary and private company it is optional........
