consecutive skipping of ca final exams- eligible to write subsequent exams?

I attended ca final exam on Nov 2016 (not cleared both groups)& planning to write only on 2019 may or Nov. Bec at present I am Outside the country.can I write on 2019 after consecutive skipping of more attempt? my eligibility still be valid or disqualified because of consecutive skipping?pls anyone reply me?I have a confusion. Bec not able to visit the icai directly?
