The 'Technical Writing' Award goes to Mr.G.S Rao. He is a Deputy General Manager Cum Registrar with Secretarial & Legal Departments. Writing is not everybody's cup of tea and technical writing calls for all the more knowledge, caliber and finesse so that everybody can understand the grueling lines in concrete words.
