Now a days the score board of Top 30 is quite volatile..Previously the score board remain constant  over a period of time ..just see how many member  enter during the month of march and february...

The mistake most people make that they envy others acheivements.The right thought should be to make that persons acheivements a benchmark and work towards bettering it.Negative thoughts never help you to grow or be happy.The thought should be if he/she can acheive it I will do better than that!!,but not by be-littling them.
