Confusion wrt ch.9 & ch.10 of law practice manual jan 2017

Dear All,

It has been observed that the answers to the questions of the following Chapters have been given as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956

Ch.9 Winding Up 

Ch.10 Producer Companies

Does that mean that we have to answer the above questions in exam as per the Companies Act , 1956 only ?

or

Should we answer them as per the Provions of Companies Act, 2013 ?
