Confusion regarding latest rtp and its corrigendum

Hello friends,

The institute has recently published RTP for CA final nov 15 attempt and also a corrigendum to RTP regarding Q 24(b). I fail to understand why to ignore the question. What are the changes in insurance amendment act 2015 regarding nomination of minor. I went thru bare act as well as latest material issued bt ICAI regarding insurance act. Can someone clear my confusion please?
