I can't see any reason for whcih you should wait till result.  Its better to start right now in case u r not doing anything else.  Choose ur weak subjet and start with it, it would be good to start costing too.

well sumit if u want to make an effective use of ur time than follow the below mentioned points

1. go for 2 to 3 days holiday to a good place where u can have a good atmosphere so that ur mind gets relaxed and cool
2. After 2-3 days of ur holiday plan ur studies
3. just plan for 3-4 hours a day, u make sure that u should utilise ur study time very effectively. that means if u study for 2-3 hours than u should have full concentration while studying. 
4. try incresing ur time for study after every 2 weeks so that u r totally invovled in ur studies.

try if u want it will improve ur reading habit and concentration

I also feel that you should start.. andit would be better if you start with a subject of your interest.. Even if you pass it'll be updated knowledge..
