Hi i was i student of pcc, but after one year of articleship, i converted in ipcc. Now i have cleared both groups of ipcc and want to resume articleship. Icai told that your previous articleship of one year will be counted. So i have to submit the photocopy of form 109. But i don't have the form 109. I sent it to institute without retaining xerox. I searched but unable to find. What should i do and how can i get the same? It is important for me. Please reply.
