Confusion about maturity

hi all...

here i'm confusing about the maturity.

is the maturity is the repaid date?

"if the component has the maturity date as 21/1/2012 and it was repaid in 22/3/2012"

what should be? please guide me....

Dear

Normally there will be a grace period after the maturity date in order to extend its validity.
