Please go through the revised brochure also applicable for Intermediate level which the ICAI issued recently and check the flowchart on registration through Direct entry scheme.
Secondly as for questions like when will you be first attending the exams. As you can see in the brochure for direct entry registered students you need to go through the required 4 weeks of ICITSS and then complete 9 months out of the total 3 years of articleship before you can appear for Intermediate level exams and thus you can give your exams best from November 2018 onwards however also confirm the same from the nearest regional council.
As for questions such as who should you approach for Articleship, search CA firms at your area and filter them out in terms of experience, nature of work and flexibility they can provide you or you can simply drop your CV to any or all the best firms in Bangalore. Google will help you with the list.
For coaching centres, that is totally subjective and again first I suggest you to go through the Study mat and then chose which group suits you as per the subjects you are comfortable with which were in your under graduation.
If you are not able to find any or are planning for both groups, then google out the best Coaching institutes and plan accordingly. Sadly, I nowhere belong to Bangalore so can't help you out with that.
