HELLOOZZZ ALL PPL ON CA-CLUB...I NEED AN ADVICE FROM YOU,

I COMPLETED MY TRAINING OF 3.5 YEARS IN JANUARY 2011 BEING ENROLLED IN PCC IN LUCKNOW...BUT THE FIRMS IN WHICH I WORKED HAD 90 PC AUDITS(MOSTLY GOVT,NGOS,SOCITIES) AND MINIMAL TAX AUDITS/RETURNS WORK.

NOW I AM IN CA-FINAL AND SEEING D RECRUITMENT STATUS OF NEW AND FRESH CA'S I AM TOTALLY WORRIED ABOUT MY EMPLOYABILITY IN D INDUSTRY...I THINK I AM NON-EMPLOYABLE IN D CURRENT SCENARIO

I WILL GIV MY 1ST ATTMPT OF FINAL IN NOV-2012...I AM PERPLEXED WHAT SHOULD I DO-

1.JOIN A CA FIRM NOW AS A PAID ASSISTANT AND LEARN WORKS WID MINIMAL TIME FOR MY STUDIES?

2.KEEP MY STUDIES GOING AND LEARN AFTER COMPLETION?

PLZ ADVISE WITH VALID REASONS...

Go for option 2 - Keep your studies going and learn after completion, specially considering ur attemp is in Nov'12. Don't ponder over what u have'nt learned yet. I dont know how many CA's get employed for the work done in articleship. If that is the norm then ideally most of them shld be unemployed.( which is not the case) Anyways all these questions will only arise once u get the degree in ur hand. So for now just focus on your exams.

Post exam join any firm which u think will get u a good exposure and work thr for 3-4 months untill placements. Dat shld be more than enough.
