You may join as a Financial Trainee which most companies are hiring nowadays. It would be good exposure and the terms of job of such trainees are normally suited to their academic needs. However, it depends on the job availability in your city

I am working with Dharampal Satyapal Limited and our Co. also hires Financial & Management Trainees in Guwahati as well as Corporate Office at Noida, and the stipend offered, though not very high is better than that given by CA Firms at least. The JobProfile ( Ours is a manufacturing Industry) would depend upon the Candidate's academics and expertise, which is decided in the Interview. I am not sure about other Companies in Guwahati and there not many companies in Guwahati also, though there are many in Metro Cities.
