Confused (urgent)
I have studied two limits of audit... Which is 20 and 30 (notification issed by icai) so can anybody clear my doubt regarding this....further is there any Co. Which shall not be included in this limits....plzz guide..

tax audit - 60 assignments
statutory audit- 20 (including One person co, private co. , small co,)
And what about the limit of 30? (notified by icai)?
I havn't read about any such limit. Kindly provide the link where you have read this.
previously the limit was 30 which has now been made 20 by companies act 2013
yes agreed with sonakshi.. limit has been revised by icai
