MF Sales - its a not a big deal, you would get it easily even post qualifying if you want to pursue a career in that field.
Career Growth in MF Sales - yes there is a lot.
Is it a suitable field for CAs - Generally speaking not the best fit but what you want to do as a career should be decided by what you want to do in future and not what kind of education you had.
