my date of franking is 10 Feb now can I put date of commencement

As per my knowledge, articleship commencement date is the date of franking and you can not take any other date. You can then too confirm on icai helpline number for safer side and confirmation.
My answer will be different from the above answer... From my view date of franking is just for the agreement purpose, and date of articleship will be the date which you wrote in the form .. and your principal had approved the same.
So m sure this will increase your confusion, so for that you can contact to helpline nos by calling them or sending them a proper mail with all details.
