in law u have to write provisions

no need to write word to word definations in ethics & communication except deed, notice & minutes & if u can remember word to word defination then it is very good

refer study material with compilations & suggested answers for way of writting the answers.

go for munish bhandhari, superb book to study law.......:)

Munish Bhandari's book is good but alongwith  that u should try to write some previous year's question especilly 4 Ethics and comm.

Want to clarify that Questions are practical oriented but u have to answer them with reference to Law provisions na so no need to mug up word to word but u should learn that what a particlar provision say i.e all limits and imp. points in the definations.

Telling u my personal experience- i didnt study Company Law completely and also not more than one time. in Examinition hall i was nt able to rewind even a single provision only because of the mentality that paper would be practical oriented.

That was not to scare u but just to tell u that give atleast 2 detailed readings and a thorough revision before exams.

Best of Luck for your preperations!!

Regards

no need to learn by heart.....just try to mug up all the provisions......and i will suggest u to go for study mat rather than going for Munish Bhandari and other books.........don't stick urself to only passing up the exams.....think beyond that..........................i cleared my IPCC in May 2010 and got 66 in Law,Ethics and Communicatios..........

try to remember some of the differences which have been asked during past exams
