Need your views on below:
We have appointed additional director in two of our group companies out of which one is private and other if a public company. As per section 260 additional director holds office upto the date of next AGM. We have on the AGM appointed these Additional directors as regular directors. Now please let me know the form 32 which is to be filled should be for change in designation or for fresh appointment.. also is there any difference in procedure in case of private companies.
