Dear All
We are now getting mails from MCA that....There was a delay of 1 day in filing of Form CHG-1 which was filed in 2016....So MCA is asking for Condonation of Delay for the same....
My question is
1) Whether Condonation of Delay is justified if additional Fees were already paid for late filing
