This is with respect to my query pertaining to order extension for filing eform 21.We have filed an application u/s 141 for condonation of delay in filing eform 8 to CLB, Mumbai in the year 2008. The order for the same was released on 25th dec, 2008 but the company dint recd the same at its reg office and the professional handling this matter was also not taking necessary action.
To mention hear the order dt was 25th dec, 2008 and CTC date was not mentioned on the order.
Kindly advise as how to proceed further for order extension or we need to file fresh application. Also eform 24AAA for filing petition for order extension is not accepting SRN of eform 21.
And as spoken to RD officer, they say they dnt have power for order extension and the same rest with CLB.
