There is ambiguity regarding the amount to be paid as late fee, as given on the ICAI website and Form 108. I would be really grateful if someone could let me know the amount for which I need to take the D.D. Also, what other documents I would need to furnish. Thanks.
P.S. I am a few months late in filing the said form owing to some personal reasons.

Thank you, Sir. I had been confused as late fee is given as Rs. 1000 on Form 108 itself, although the website says Rs. 300 for less than 180 day delay.
consider fees given in form 108. (1)Rs.500 for delay upto 30 days (2) Rs.1000 for delay upto 180 days (3) Rs.2000 for delay upto 365 (4)Rs. 10000 for delay beyond 365 days

Sir, one more doubt. Should I mail it to the New Delhi office or the regional office at Chennai? I have drawn Rs. 1000 in favour of The Secretary, ICAI, New Delhi.
(1) you have drawn dd in favour of New delhi than send this form to new delhi via speed post or
(2) cancel dd and draw a new DD in favour of chennai and send this form to chennai via post.

Dear sir. I got delayed to submit 108 for respective 107 submitted. Its more than 1 year now. And ssp portal showing 10, 000 fine. Is there any chance to get it reduced? As My principal was hospitalised and passed away in btwn and now signing by another partner.
