Dear Experts,
If the share certificate does not contain the registered address of the Company, will it affect the validity of the certificate?
The certificate has the company name but not the registered address.
Is there any strict guideline for certificate?
The company is a private limited company.
Please let me know your observations on this.

According to Rule 6[The Company (Issue of Share Certificates) Rules, 1960]: The share certificate must be issued under the common seal of the company which must be affixed in the presence of two directors/thier attorney/their secretary or any persons appionted by them. also these persons must sign the share certificate.
So as in their are no guildelines on how and what a share certificate should contain... Except that the certificate should contain common seal of the company signed by atlest two directors or their representatives.
