Compulsion to file inc 22
At the time of Incorporation inc 22 was not filed but registration details is reflecting registered office address. Do I still need to file Inc 22.

Verification of registered office in INC-22 is required to be filed within 30 days of incorporation..& INC-20A within 180 days..
