Compulsion of own handwriting for subscribers to memorandum to feed their particulars in their own handwriting
Please guide me regarding any exception to the clause that "the subscribers should put their particulars in their own handwriting"???? are their any cases where it may be allowed to print the particulars or in any other's handwriting..?????

its allowed in the handwriting of other person when the person is Illiterate.
