Composition With Rent service

Sir XYZ is Composition dealer in gst trading in cloths.....Xyz also one commercial shop given on rent
can xyz continue with composition???

No...

XYZ cannot opt composition scheme it he is received rental income. Rental income also under Services head..

XYZ ll be opt out from Composition scheme...

XYZ handle both then no options...
