Can composition dealer be converted to regular from 1.4.2019 right now

Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies that it is no longer possible to convert from the Composition Scheme to the Regular Scheme from 1st April 2019. The deadline for exercising this conversion for that particular year has already passed. Therefore, such a conversion is not permissible at this time.

No, Composition dealer can no be converted to regular from 1.4.2019 right now, because date to exercise to conversion is already passed for that year.
