Composition scheme fy18-19 deadline missed

Hi,

   i want to opt for composite scheme,the last date to opt for composite scheme for fy 18-19 was 31march2018 which i have missed,is there any way i can still opt for composite scheme for this fy 18-19

my turnover last financial  year was below 1cr

regular in which i could claim itc and was paying cgst sgst igst,
