is composition scheme is available to work contractor.if yes.then what is the rate of tax.....

Composition scheme is not available to works contractors as it is treated as service under GST.
And work contract attract to nil rated gst rate?
No it is taxable.
Composition scheme can be availed for the works contract. Gst rate will be 6% without ITC.
