No, There is no specific restriction regarding Gun and Gun powder. You can opt for Composition scheme subject to fulfillment of Conditions mentioned in Section 10 i.e can not make inter state Supply, Turnover less than 1.5 Cr.(75 lakh for special category states) ect......
