Composition scheme applicability

as only restaurant service is there in composition scheme
and you provide some other service which is not eligible to opt for composition scheme

The scheme available only for who is dealing Trading / Mfg and it's related service activities...

But,
Your business is based on service oriented. So, No way for availability of the above said way...
Only option is regular scheme...

The 5lac exemption was the recommmend in GST council meeting but no notification being issued till date
