No...... composition dealer cannot supply any services except Restaurant business
and there is no such notification.

if composition dealer doing trading business and service business up to 5 lakh he can opt for composition scheme??

Yes its mention in Amendment Act 31,2018 but kindly read the following extract from said Act

(2) Save as otherwise provided, the provisions of this Act shall come into force on
such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint:
Provided that different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act and
any reference in any such provision to the commencement of this Act shall be construed as
a reference to the coming into force of that provision.

Hence till date there is no notification issued so its not effective.
