If composition scheme opted for food items (sweets shop) , how much percentage paid by composition dealer on food items either 1% or 5%?

It is 1% in both case of sweet traders and manufacturers. 5% is the rate for restaurent.

As per Govt. notification 1/2018 it has been changed to 1% from 2% w.e.f. Jan 1, 2018.

Yes, it is 1% gst for traders and manufacturer.
