sorry not have been missed to write on my above answer. service provider accept resturent service are not supposed to opt composition scheme.

As per Your query NO....

But,
Any Trader or Manufacturer can deal any Services for his trading related then he can avail the 5lakhs exemption for Services....

Otherwise not applicable...

SIR,

MY FRIEND REGISTERED GST NUMBER ON 08/01/2018 AS COMPOSITION , BUT THERE IS A NOTICE ISSUED BY DEPT FOR NON FILING OF GSTR 3B FOR THE PERIOD FROM JULY 2017-NOV-2017. BUT IN THAT NOTICE THERE IS NO NUMBER FOR THAT NOTICE , NO NAME ALSO , WE RECEIVED ONLY BY MAIL.

ANY SUGGESSTION PLEASE?
