Composition scheme
If a registered person makes inter state outward supplies then he will not be eligible to opt for composition scheme....if so then how inter state supplies are to be included in formula given for aggregate turnover??

section 2 clause 112 definition of turnover in state or union territory will apply
THE DEFINITION IS FOR THE WHOLE ACT NOT EXCLUSIVELY FOR COMPOSITION DEALERS.... SO FOR COMPOSITION DEALERS AGG TURNOVER DOES NOT INCLUDE INTERSTATE SUPPLIES
