you have to apply for Normal scheme
as your aggregate turnover is exceeding 75 lacs annually
and secondly you r dealing in exempt items sale
as your aggregate turnover is exceeding 75 lacs annually

Your total turnover will be Rs. 2.50cr therefore you will be on regular tax payer. You have to show your taxable sale and examted sale separately in gstr returns

you will be automatically shifted to normal scheme
that means
yoi will be providing tax invoice to your customer
that means
yoi will be providing tax invoice to your customer
