Hai, My brother had a textiles shop. He Purchased goods from outside the state but he sold goods within the state. Can he AVAIL COMPOSITION SCHEME

absolutely not. composite dealer can't be involve in any supplies with other state.

no. composite dealer can't involve any interstate supply. means sales or purchase.

composition dealer can not make any interstate sales but he can purchase goods from other states.

Composition dealer can only purchase from ither states no sales could be done. It is clearly mentioned in the act that a dealer can not deal in outward supplies. Nothing has been mentioned for inward supply.
