composition rate for a shop were both tea & snacks plus stationery items are available

Please help me regarding this. I have a bakery and i took a registration under composition scheme. So which gst rate is applicable composition were both tea & snacks plus confectionery items are available.

Backers not fall under restaurant services ,.. so have to charge 1% GST on both tea snacks & confectionery

Yes agreed with Pankaj sir.
Bakery does not fall under restaurant services.
In composition levy-
* For trader and manufacturer, it is 1%gst(cgst 0.5%+sgst 0.5%.on taxable sales turnover.

Composition dealer should not collect tax on outward supplies. They have to pay the gst amount from their own pocket.
